Shipping?
Australia
Standard domestic delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $10.

International
Currently we do not offer regular international shipping, but please get in contact if you're beyond the borders and we will see if we can organise something for you.

Returns?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. But if there is a problem with your product please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@vile.com.au.

Sustainability?
Our intention is to be environmentally sustainable. Packaging is recycled or re-usable, ingredients are organic and locally sourced where possible and each product is made small-batch which lessens our waste and instills integrity. But nothing is set in stone, we are open to changing our practices and products if something is found to be too wasteful or disruptive, from the oils we use to the way we get them to you. We are also looking to support and work with like minded artists and initiatives to scream the good word 'sustainability' far and wide. 

Ingredients?
We do not include ingredients that endanger us, the people who make them or the environment. Our products are made to calm & soothe but we understand that everybody reacts differently to skincare so we recommend patch testing before use to make sure you're good to go. 

We will continue to be as transparent about ingredients, processes and practices as things move along, but if you have any concerns about anything allergy related or just want a personal opinion, get in touch, we love to chat!
